Partner Communities

We at New Life Christian Community are committed to living out the faith as commanded by Jesus and modeled by the early church. Because of the Great Commission it is the call of every disciple both individually and corporately to go and make disciples of all people in all places.
We are committed as a church to follow the example of the New Testament church by going from town to town to share Jesus with those that live there and assist in establishing local fellowships for the believers there. Our goal is not to begin and launch a separate church that will exist independently of New Life Christian Community but one that will share the same vision and values and will work cooperatively with us that we may grow together in our Love for God, Love for Family, Love for People and Love for Life.
These new fellowships will be partners with us in the Gospel of Jesus as we seek to join God in advancing the Kingdom. Perhaps the best metaphor for describing this relationship is that of siblings. Just as siblings are distinct from one another in personality and appearance they are the same in DNA. Our goal is not to start a new denomination but to be witnesses for Jesus Christ and spread his gospel from “Jerusalem to the ends of the Earth”.

NLCC’s Partnership Commitment
We believe this is a work of God so we can go confidently knowing that it is ultimately his church and he will take ultimate responsibility for its coming into being. However we as a congregation are committed in several ways to join God in this effort:
- Committed to Prayer: NLCC is committed to praying for the needs of the people and places we are actively working in;
- Committed to Service: NLCC is committed to serving the people of those places by sharing the gospel and organizing followers of Jesus into a fellowship of believers that will not only provide Christian community for those in all places but will also be a partner with NLCC in advancing the gospel of Jesus to other towns and establishing other partner churches;
- Committed to Ministry: NLCC is committed to ministering to this fellowship of believers. We will minister through financial support, teaching and equipping, operational support, and all other expressions of ministry until such a time where this fellowship has the foundation in place to operate as a fully functioning body of Christ;
- Committed to Partnership: NLCC is committed to maintaining a partnership with these fellowships in every way for the purpose of continuing the advancement of the Kingdom of God and the multiplication of followers of Christ.
