We value simplicity at New Life Christian Community. This allows us to invest our time and resources into people and not into programs. This means that we may do things a little differently than you may be used to. We believe that less can actually be more. We have deliberately chosen to do less in the form of programs in order to do more in the area of spiritual formation. As a result we focus on three methods of spiritual formation: Corporate Worship, Small Group Bible Studies and Loving Service. We think that if we focus intently on these three things then all the other things will begin to fall into place. All our ministry from adults to children will incorporate these three things.

Corporate Worship takes place during our Sunday gatherings. Corporate Worship is comprised of four elements: Singing (enjoying God together), Listening (hearing God together), Offering (Giving to God together) and Serving (working with God together.)

Small Group Bible Studies are the discipleship arm of New Life. It is in these environments where practical formation takes place. This is where we learn to put our faith in action. Here is where we learn to do life together and encourage one another to have an every day faith.

Loving Service is how we express our faith to the people around us. We practice deliberate acts of kindness and generosity. Whether it be sponsoring children overseas or helping under resourced families here in Polk County we consider it an honor to display the love of God to people in this way.
