Why should someone become a covenant partner?
Someone should partner with us only if they are committed to living out their faith in God the way we have expressed in our covenant. We believe that being a part of a church is to be a part of something bigger than your self. To covenant with our church is simply a way of declaring your faith as an essential part of your life and that New Life is a place where your faith can be cultivated and expressed fully and joyfully.
How are covenant partners held accountable?
New Life Christian Community is a self-regulating body of believers. Accountability is done in a loving way through servant relationships. New Life has an Elder Board which is elected by the people to help keep leadership accountable and mediate conflicts that should arise between partners and/or leaders.
